Welcome to GV.UY. We provide free subdomain registration with the GV.UY suffix, as well as free virtual hosting and VPS products.

By using this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using GV.UY immediately.

1. About GV.UY

GV.UY provides free services aimed at helping personal websites, blogs, and learning projects connect to the internet more easily.

• Ordering Method: GV.UY utilizes a promo code system (or other new forms such as invitation codes) for product ordering. We reserve the right to restrict or adjust the rules regarding promo codes at any time.
• Content Review: We do not pre-screen content or intended usage at the time of registration.
• Liability: You assume full legal and regulatory responsibility for your domain and all its uses. GV.UY is not responsible for any content, risks, or legal issues arising from your use of the domain.

2. Service Availability

As GV.UY is a free service, we make no guarantees regarding:

• The continuous provision of service;
• The immediacy or stability of domain resolution;
• Functional integrity or data persistence.

You understand and agree that:

• Services may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, attacks, technical issues, or force majeure.
• GV.UY may suspend resolution due to security or abuse concerns.
• You are responsible for backing up your own important configuration data.

3. Account and Domain Rules

3.1 Account Limits

• Each user is limited to one account.
• Registering multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in account restriction or deletion.

3.2 Domain Limits

• Each account is limited to one subdomain.
• For reasons of system management, security auditing, and stability, GV.UY currently does not support modifying, renaming, or changing registered subdomain prefixes.

3.3 Email Requirements

• Registration requires a long-term, functional email address capable of receiving mail.
• If we are unable to contact you regarding security issues, your domain may be suspended.

4. Subdomain Naming Guidelines

To protect the reputation and security of our public suffix, subdomain prefixes should be concise, appropriate, and compliant.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Offensive, discriminatory, hateful, or illegal words.
• Names impersonating government agencies, law enforcement, or well-known brands.
• Names that may mislead people into believing they are official services.
• Intentional use of sensitive, ambiguous, or misleading terms.

GV.UY reserves the right to reject or suspend any non-compliant domains.

5. Prohibited Uses and Behaviors

You must commit to complying with this policy and all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited when using this Service:

5.1 Strictly Prohibited Uses (Applicable to All Services - Immediate Ban)

• Phishing.
• Spam distribution or related activities.
• Distribution of malware, trojans, viruses, or C2 control.
• Unauthorized mirroring, cloning, or malicious proxying of third-party websites (websites you do not own).
• Hosting or distributing pirated content (software, movies, music, etc.).
• Using the domain to provide temporary/disposable email services.
• Fraud, scams, or identity theft.
• Any form of hacking, scanning, or penetration testing (unless against your own assets).
• Unauthorized data collection, scraping, theft, or interception.
• Illegal content (including but not limited to terrorism, violence, child exploitation, etc.).

5.2 Abuse

• Registering multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
• Falsifying or tampering with registration information.
• Unauthorized bulk automated registration.
• Abusing customer service or submitting false abuse reports.
• Harassment or threats towards GV.UY staff or volunteers.

5.3 Technical Violations It is prohibited to conduct the following activities against GV.UY service infrastructure (authoritative servers, management systems, APIs, official websites, registration processes):

• Attacking, scanning, intruding, or unauthorized access.
• Bypassing security mechanisms, authentication, or interface limits.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities, scripts, or automated programs to abuse registration or submit requests.
• Generating malicious traffic or abnormal requests to disrupt service stability.
• Unauthorized bulk scraping, API abuse, or simulated registration behavior.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or cracking service-related software.

5.4 Prohibition on Domain Redistribution or Bulk Subdomain Services To protect the health of the public suffix ecosystem and prevent mass abuse:

• It is prohibited to use GV.UY subdomains to build third-party subdomain distribution platforms, bulk subdomain generation services, or automated allocation systems.
• It is prohibited to use GV.UY subdomains as base domains for "digital goods sales platforms" (card dispensing), "auto-allocation systems," "bulk site builders," or similar purposes.

6. Enforcement Actions

• Minor Violations: We will contact the user via ticket and email to request rectification and provide specific requirements.
• Severe Violations: For activities such as phishing, malware, or those listed in Section 5.1 ,the domain will be immediately banned, and the service deleted without prior notice and without appeal.
• Public Safety Risks: If a domain poses a public safety risk, we may report it to law enforcement, provide necessary information to cooperate with investigations, and implement a permanent ban.
• Other violations: For other violations of these terms (such as 5.2), we may take action depending on the nature and severity of the violation, including ticket-based remedy requests, service suspension or account termination.

7. Domain Renewal and Expiration Policy

7.1 Domain Validity and Renewal

• Each domain has a validity period. Users must complete the free domain renewal within 90 days prior to the expiration date.
• Renewal can be done via the account management page or by following the system notification instructions.

7.2 Expiration and Cancellation

• If renewal is not completed within 90 days before expiration, the domain will be considered inactive.
• Upon expiration, the domain will be automatically cancelled and released for registration by others.
• Configurations and data of cancelled domains cannot be recovered.

7.3 Renewal Reminders

• We will send renewal reminders via email before the domain expires. Please ensure your registered email can receive mail to avoid missing the deadline.

8. Service Changes and Termination

• GV.UY may modify these Terms of Service, adjust usage limits, or terminate the service at any time.
• We may terminate the service immediately if your usage threatens platform security or violates these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to the content you publish via your GV.UY subdomain.
• GV.UY reserves intellectual property rights to the service name, trademarks, logos, and system design.
• You may not use the "GV.UY" name or trademark for commercial purposes that may cause confusion without authorization.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service "As Is" GV.UY provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to: fitness for purpose, reliability, accuracy, error-free operation, or meeting your specific needs.

10.2 Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, GV.UY and its operators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

10.3 Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold GV.UY harmless from any claims or losses arising from your violation of these terms or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service shall first be resolved through friendly consultation.
• If consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the People's Court where GV.UY is located.

12. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected.
• Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GV.UY.
• Amendments: GV.UY may amend these terms at any time. Amended terms will be announced via the website or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the amendments.

3. 账户和域名规则

3.1 账户限制

• 每个用户仅限拥有一个账户。
• 注册多个账户属于滥用行为，将导致账户受限或被删除。

3.2 域名限制

• 每个账户仅限注册一个子域名。
• 出于系统管理、安全审计和稳定性方面的考虑，GV.UY 目前不支持修改、重命名或更改已注册的子域名前缀。

3.3 电子邮件要求

• 注册需要使用一个长期有效且能够接收邮件的电子邮件地址。
• 如果我们无法就安全问题与您取得联系，您的域名可能会被暂停使用。

4. 子域名命名准则

为了保护我们公共后缀的声誉和安全，子域名前缀应简洁、恰当且合规。

严禁使用以下名称：

• 冒犯性、歧视性、仇恨性或非法的词语；
• 冒充政府机构、执法部门或知名品牌的名称；
• 可能误导他人认为是官方服务的名称；
• 故意使用敏感、模棱两可或误导性的词语。

GV.UY 保留拒绝或暂停任何不合规域名的权利。

5. 禁止的用途和行为

您必须承诺遵守本政策及所有适用法律。使用本服务时，严禁进行以下活动：

5.1 严禁用途（适用于所有服务 - 立即封禁）

• 网络钓鱼。
• 垃圾邮件分发或相关活动。
• 恶意软件、木马、病毒传播或 C2 控制。
• 未经授权对第三方网站（非您拥有的网站）进行镜像、克隆或恶意反向代理。
• 托管或分发盗版内容（软件、电影、音乐等）。
• 使用该域名提供临时/一次性电子邮件服务。
• 欺诈、诈骗或身份冒用。
• 任何形式的黑客攻击、扫描或渗透测试（除非是针对您自己的资产）。
• 未经授权的数据收集、抓取、窃取或拦截。
• 非法内容（包括但不限于恐怖主义、暴力、剥削儿童等）。

5.2 滥用行为

• 注册多个账户以规避限制。
• 伪造或篡改注册信息。
• 未经授权的批量自动注册。
• 滥用客户服务或提交虚假滥用报告。
• 对 GV.UY 员工或志愿者的骚扰或威胁。

5.3 技术违规 禁止对 GV.UY 服务基础设施（权威服务器、管理系统、API、官方网站、注册流程）进行以下活动：

• 攻击、扫描、入侵或未经授权的访问。
• 绕过安全机制、权限验证或接口限制。
• 利用漏洞、脚本或自动化程序滥用注册或提交请求。
• 制造恶意流量或异常请求，以破坏服务稳定性。
• 未经授权的批量抓取、API 滥用或模拟注册行为。
• 对服务相关软件进行逆向工程、反编译或破解。

5.4 禁止用于域名二次分发或批量子域名服务 为了保护公共后缀生态系统的健康，防止大规模滥用：

• 禁止使用 GV.UY 子域名构建第三方子域名分发平台、批量子域名生成服务或自动分配系统。
• 禁止将 GV.UY 子域名用作“发卡网”、“自动分配系统”、“批量建站系统”或类似用途的基础域名。

6. 违规应对措施

• 轻微违规： 我们将通过工单和电子邮件联系用户进行整改，并提供具体要求。
• 严重违规： 对于网络钓鱼、恶意软件或第 5.1 节中列出的活动，域名将被立即封禁，服务将被删除，不另行通知，且不接受任何申诉。
• 公共安全风险： 如果某个域名构成公共安全风险，我们可能会向执法部门报告、提供必要信息以配合调查，并实施永久禁令。
• 其他违规行为：对于违反本条款的其他行为（例如5.2），我们可根据违规行为的性质和严重程度采取行动，包括基于工单的补救请求、服务暂停或帐户终止。

7. 域名续费和到期政策

7.1 域名有效性与续费

• 每个域名都有有效期，用户必须在到期前 90 天内完成免费域名续费。
• 续费可通过账户管理页面完成，或按照系统通知指示进行操作。

7.2 到期和取消

• 如果在到期前 90 天内未完成续费，该域名将被视为不活跃。
• 域名到期后将自动注销，并释放给其他人注册。
• 已取消域名的配置和数据无法恢复。

7.3 续费提醒

• 域名到期前，我们会通过电子邮件发送续费提醒。请确保您的注册邮箱可以接收邮件，以免错过截止日期。

8. 服务变更和终止

• GV.UY 可随时修改本服务条款、调整使用限制或终止服务。
• 如果您的使用威胁到平台安全或违反了这些条款，我们可能会立即终止服务。

9. 知识产权

• 您保留通过 GV.UY 子域名发布的内容的所有权利。
• GV.UY 保留对服务名称、商标、标识和系统设计的知识产权。
• 未经授权，您不得将“GV.UY”名称或商标用于可能造成混淆的商业用途。

10. 免责声明和责任限制

10.1 服务“按现状” GV.UY 按“现状”和“现有”方式提供服务，不作任何明示或暗示的保证，包括但不限于：服务适用性、可靠性、准确性、无故障运行，或满足您的特定需求。

11. 管辖法律和争议解决

11.1 管辖法律 本服务条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖并按其解释。

11.2 争议解决

• 因本服务条款引起的任何争议，应首先通过友好协商解决。
• 如果协商不成，任何一方均可将争议提交 GV.UY 所在地的人民法院解决。

12. 其他

• 可分割性： 如果本条款中的任何部分被视为无效，不影响其他条款的有效性。
• 完整协议： 这些条款构成您与 GV.UY 之间的完整协议。
• 修改： GV.UY 可随时修改本条款，修改后的条款将通过网站公告或邮件通知。继续使用即表示接受修改。
